  Our History

The Principals of CMC have worked diligently since 1996 to create investment opportunities for investors in the energy sector. Association with qualified natural gas and oil driller/operators allows CMC the ability to provide significant tax benefits and potentially higher than average economic return to investors through energy investment vehicles designed for the more sophisticated investor.

CMC currently is the Administrative, General or Co-General Partner of eighteen (18) Developmental Drilling Programs and two (2) Income Program, representing over 1650 investors and over $98 million dollars in investor capital contributions. As the Administrator of all programs, CMC acts as a liaison between the professional investment or financial advisors, their investors and the driller/operators. The personal aspect of CMC’s business, along with the professionalism, reliability and integrity, is why investors have come to have confidence in CMC’s programs.

Our Programs

CMC’s programs focus primarily on the spectrum of developmental drilling and income property acquisitions, which would expose investors to a lesser risk than the exploratory drilling. CMC requires that, not only are driller/operators experienced, knowledgeable, and have solid track records, but most importantly are of the highest integrity, to be considered as potential energy partners. CMC is also diligent in selecting only highly qualified financial consultants and advisors to offer their sponsored products.

Our Approach

CMC offers a unique approach from start to finish…engage the most competent driller/operators through extensive due diligence; design and develop (in conjunction with CMC’s counsel) Private Placement Offerings to provide the best possible programs to investors; provide ongoing communication to investors and their financial advisors throughout the program; distribute revenues to investors on a regular basis; regularly communicate with driller/operators to assure that all objectives are met for the investors; and fulfill all tax reporting obligations to investors. CMC believes that since it is the investor who makes the drilling and acquisitions possible, they deserve to have regular and ongoing communication regarding their specific investment.

CMC’s approach is unique in the industry. This “arm’s length” relationship between the parties adds another layer of accountability and safeguard for the investors/partners. CMC invites you to take a close look at their programs, visit their offices located in historic downtown Littleton, Colorado or contact them for further information about CMC or their programs.
